The space
St. Vincent House is a warm and comfortable home, dotted with personal touches from the owners, and perfect for small groups looking to explore the very best neighborhood in Denver (and beyond)! Bedrooms: The primary bedroom features a king bed and a standing desk paired with a comfortable, stylish office chair in case you need to get a few hours of work done during your stay. The guest bedroom offers another king bed and its own playful design scheme, so no one gets left with the “bad” bedroom on this trip! Kitchen: This home was designed by people who love to cook, for people who love to cook. You don’t have to worry about any late-night target runs, or leave your best recipes at home – instead, enjoy our kitchen fully-stocked with the tools you need to have a relaxing dinner in the home, or to cook up an impressive multi-course brunch for your group. The Backyard: One of the places where this home really shines is it’s cozy, quiet, and private back yard. Among other things, Tennyson is famous for it’s walkable streets lined with mature trees, and this property is no different. Fire up the grill and serve dinner under the string lights, in the shade of beautiful and mature trees and other greenery. Laundry: We’ve got you covered with a full-sized washing machine and dryer in the home. A Note from Your Host: This home is a little different from most listings you'll find. It's not a purpose-built rental. It belongs to a couple who have spent years filling it with things they actually love, and it shows. What you won't find here is that slightly hollow feeling of a unit assembled overnight for the algorithm. What you will find is a home that's been tastefully curated from years of traveling and woodworking projects; genuinely lived in and cared for.
